If you are neutral and don't confront that person for something you know they are doing wrong, you allowed the oppressor to think it is ok.
You will feel a bit of suffering from standing there and thinking about if they should get away with what they just did?
You can still be kind with your wording and let them know that they are wrong but if they still don’t want to get it, there is no use in wasting anymore of your energy on them.
You do your part by speaking your opinion.
Don't let it go because all you are doing is not teaching them that they are in fact wrong and maybe need to look at things a little differently.
This will let them know that they have to be cautious whenever they get into this situation again instead of just thinking that they can go ahead of everyone.
